MTN Data Plan for Android and All Devices

MTN recently made an adjustment to its data plan and has got a lot of customers talking.

This list contains the new MTN data plan for androids and other smartphones, which you can use for browsing, chatting, and watching videos.

MTN data bundles are also divided into 3 categories just like the Airtel data plan:

1. (The regular) MTN data plan
2. MTN GoodyBag social subscription
3. MTN YouTube Pack

Before I give you the details of each plan, let me quickly show you….

How to Subscribe to Any MTN Data Bundle Plan

These are the different ways you can subscribe to MTN internet bundles;

• Send the activation code of your preferred plan to 131 as an SMS
• Dial *131# and choose your preferred option
• Use your debit card from this MTN accredited website
• Opt-in for pay as you go and browse from your airtime. Dial *131*200#
• Borrow data by dialing *606#

Now, let’s move on to the main subscription details.

 

1. MTN Data Plan

There are different plans you can subscribe to depending on your lifestyle. You can subscribe to daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly data. Check out the details below.

 

MTN Daily Subscription

The daily subscription plans are valid for only 24 hours.

To subscribe, text the activation code to 131. e.g: to subscribe for 50MB at ₦100, send “104” to 131.

MTN Weekly Subscription

Weekly data plans are valid for 7 days only.

2. MTN YouTube Pack

The YouTube pack is a time-based plan that allows you to watch YouTube videos at an affordable price.

Here’s how it works: When you subscribe to the 1-hour plan with a validity period of 24 hours, you’d be able to watch either one or many YouTube videos within 24 hours. But the total time of the videos you can watch would not exceed 1 hour (60 minutes).

The validity period of these plans is 24 hours.

3. MTN GoodyBag Social

This plan gives you access to social media only. You’re allowed to subscribe for daily, weekly, or monthly access to one or 5 bundles at a time.

For example, you can either subscribe to the Whatsapp plan only for ₦25 daily/₦50 weekly/₦150 monthly or combine 5 social bundles for ₦50 daily/₦150 weekly/₦500 monthly.

You can also activate the GoodyBag Social plan by dialing *662# and choose your preferred option.
