DJI Innovations released Phantom 2 Vision as an upgrade to Phantom 2. The Wi-Fi HD video camera is the major advantage the Vision has over the original Phantom.
There are other interesting features you might want to know.
Camera
The Vision has an integrated 14 MP camera with 1080p HD recording capability. The camera gives up to 120◦ Field Of View (FOV) to make it easy for you to capture a wide view.
There’s a negative side to the wide-angle view, though. It gives a bit of fisheye effect which is found in most drones.
The camera is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity which allows you to stream live videos from up to 980 feet away. It also sports an anti-vibration mount that prevents your camera from producing distorted videos. This feature isn’t found in the original Phantom 2.
Unlike the original Phantom, the camera of Phantom 2 Vision doesn’t come with a microphone.

Battery
Phantom 2 Vision comes with a 5200mAh Li-Po battery with a flight time of up to 25 minutes on a single charge. The battery can easily be inserted and removed by sliding it in and out.
Unlike the original Phantom, the Vision has a switch to put it on or off. The Phantom’s battery has to be removed to turn off the aircraft, and it flies for just 10 to 15 minutes.

DJI innovation uses an improved version of the Naza-M control system to make it easier for you to control your aircraft.
The Vision uses a pattern of multi-colored light to communicate its status to the user when it’s flying. A paper card which constantly reminds you of the meaning of the patterns is included in the box.
You can control the quadcopter to any direction by simply moving the joystick to the left or right.
The smartphone lets you see things from the quadcopter’s point of view and makes you feel like you’re actually inside it.
The smartphone is held firmly by a clamp attached to the remote controller. This makes watching your live feed easy.
Depending on your smartphone, the live feed on the display can be difficult to see in bright sunlight. You might want to increase the brightness of your phone.
